Postage costs

UK

There are no delivery costs on standard posting when ordering online from Urban Pirate. The price you see is the price you pay.

All standard UK orders are sent via Royal Mail – first class recorded. All packages will require a signature.

If you need the item quickly you can select the Next Day delivery option. The order must be placed before 3pm in order to allow for picking, packaging and posting. Otherwise your item/items will be posted out the following morning. (Excluding holidays and weekends)

International

If you are ordering with the EU please allow 3 – 7 working days, for rest of the world deliveries please allow 2-3 weeks for your items to arrive.

You can also track your order internationally at a small additional cost.

Customs and Taxes -  The buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes charged on entry to the country. These are levied by the international customs and totally out of our control.

Please note – These time-frames are given as a guide. We cannot be held responsable for factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions, local bank holidays and strikes)

Returns

At Urban Pirate we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If there is something wrong with it or the size is not quite what your after then please return it, unworn, back to us and we will send you out a replacement.

Before returning anything please email us so we know to look out for your order and process it as soon as we can.

Refunds or replacements will only be made if items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange give credit or refund goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whilst being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt. Items must be returned neatly folded and in a saleable condition. Additional postage costs will be accrued on the buyer’s behalf on all exchanges unless the garment is faulty or a wrong item has been posted.
